At Turn the Tides Counseling & Consulting, Erica employs an integrative approach that combines elements from various therapeutic models to provide comprehensive support for her clients. In addition to utilizing the Internal Family Systems (IFS) framework, Erica incorporates specific interventions from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) both during and outside of sessions. This holistic approach ensures that clients receive personalized, and effective treatment tailored to their unique needs, fostering growth and empowerment throughout their therapeutic journey.
Session Fees and Length of Service
Sessions begin on the hour and last 45-50 minutes. At this time, I do not accept insurance, so all sessions are self-pay. Initial evaluations (the first session) will cost $150.00. Subsequent sessions following the initial assessment will cost $120.00. During your evaluation, I will take the time to learn about you and your unique situation and goals for therapy. Once I have enough information, I will work with you to decide the best course of action. The goal is getting you where you need to be for the best possible outcome.
